Physical activity is good for you, it increases your mobility and improves your strength and stamina. In addition to this, exercise enhances your mental health and capacity. However, for many people the gym is too expensive and the improved quality of life is out of reach. Not any longer!

Get Active is our solution to this problem. Thanks to Clarion Futures, we are offering free fitness sessions  on Tuesday and Saturday mornings at 10:00am and 10:30am (term time only). These sessions will be run by a highly qualified Personal Trainer with experience of working with some of Britains top athletes! 

In addition to this, we also run a Get Active Dance session for ladies on Monday evenings at 6.30pm (term time only).
