A Christians Against Poverty (CAP) Life Skills course is a fantastic way to gain practical skills to improve your quality of life. This ten-week course will help you save money, use your time more effectively and have generally less hassle.

Our gifted team is made up of volunteers from a number of local churches providing a wealth of experience. Additionally, we are connected to the Bromley CAP Partnership which includes a debt-centre.
