Using breathing exercises and creative activities to reduce anxiety


‘Time for Me’ is a six week course designed to help adults who struggle with anxiety and stress.  

The one hour weekly workshops provide breathing techniques and creative activities for a small group in a safe and friendly environment.  The course is free, with all materials provided.  Places are limited, and are by invitation only, to ensure that those who will most benefit can join.
